A: Yes, our quotation usually included custom quality paper box, it’s nice and safe. If you don’t need it, pls tell us; if you need good quality gift box, pls tell us, it need extra cost correspoing.



Q: Can you make our own logo or image on the crystal? Need extra cost?

A: Yes, your OEM logo such as words or image are welcomed, it needs extra cost.



Q: Is the size the actual dimension? Can we change the size?

A: Yes, the size we remark are the exact data, but there may be little deviationof production size, as most of our products are made by handcraft and needs many processes such as cut, polished, melting etc.



Q: Is the price on website the last quotation? Can we bargain?

A: The price is not the last, as we are factory, the more the quantity, the better the price.



Q: Is the goods safe during the transport? How is your aftermarket service?

A: Yes, it’s very safe during the transport, as we protect the goods just like our baby, the packing box filled with foam and sponge. If there is case of broken during transport, pls contact us in time, we will give you our best service.
